CallBeacon was founded in 2026 by Nitin Kumar Dhir to help service businesses stop losing revenue when important phone calls go unanswered.

Before starting CallBeacon, Nitin Kumar Dhir worked in Procurement. That experience shaped the way the company thinks about operations: clear processes, reliable execution, and systems that help teams act faster.

CallBeacon was built around a simple business problem. Many service businesses still depend heavily on phone calls for new leads, appointments, and urgent inquiries. When those calls are missed, revenue and customer trust are at risk.
